By signing in or using https://vote.seekers-guild.com, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This site supports Founders Live Manila: attendees cast one audience vote for a pitch, and founders submit project details through a unique founder link. It is an event audience vote, not a government election or a legally binding contest unless organizers say otherwise in event materials.

You may vote only if you are signed in, your email is on the uploaded attendee roster for the active session, voting is open, and you have not already voted. Organizers typically build that roster from a Luma check-in export. Being able to sign in does not mean you can vote.

• Exactly one vote per roster email.
• Votes are final. You cannot change, recall, or recast a recorded vote in the app.
• Organizers may open or close voting at any time.
• Creating extra accounts, using someone else's email, or otherwise gaming the roster is not allowed.

Organizers send unique links to founders. Those links are used to submit the project details attendees review before voting: start-up logo, company or start-up name, founders or representative name, optional website or demo link, and description.

Do not put special-category data, secrets, or illegal content in founder details. Organizers may refuse or remove material that breaks these Terms.

If you submit founder project details, you grant Seekers Guild a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your startup name, description, founders or representative name, optional website, and logo for this event - including on the vote gallery, admin tools, and audience leaderboard if published - for the event and the retention window described in the Privacy Policy (about 90 days after the event unless organizers need longer to close out the night).

You confirm you have the right to grant that license and that the logo and text do not infringe someone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Vote more than once or help others do so.
• Scrape, overload, or probe the API beyond normal use.
• Upload logos or copy you do not have rights to.
• Impersonate another attendee, founder, or organizer.
• Bypass sign-in, roster checks, or founder-link gates.

Seekers Guild and Founders Live Manila organizers have the final say on eligibility, founder roster corrections, whether voting stays open, and how ties or disputes are handled. They may pause the site, remove a pitch, or disqualify a vote or applicant for abuse or operational need.

The site is provided for a live event. Networks fail. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and an outage on the night does not create a claim against Seekers Guild.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Seekers Guild is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost votes, or event outcomes arising from use of the site, except where liability cannot be limited.

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the site means you also accept that notice.

The event and this site are not directed at children. Use the site only if you are old enough to attend Founders Live Manilaunder the organizers' event rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts in the Philippines have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved with the organizers, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
